Abhyas365 provides online mock tests and exam preparation tools for competitive examinations including but not limited to GATE, SSC CGL, and other government and entrance exams.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including questions, solutions, and explanations) is the intellectual property of Abhyas365. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Attempting to extract, scrape, or copy question content
• Using automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Circumventing access controls or payment systems

7. Limitation of Liability

Abhyas365 is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding exam outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
